Welcome to SheGlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SheGlo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Westhaven Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Westhaven Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. User Content

You may submit content such as profile information, progress photos, and routine logs ("User Content") through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Westhaven Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Westhaven Holdings LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
